They're always arguably a bit overpriced, but in some sense, you get what you pay for. There's nothing I dislike more than waiting for games to download. It's an unfortunate reality of digital games, and it would be less of a problem if I owned more physical games, but I still don't enjoy waiting. As a PS5 owner, using the PlayStation App has been a godsend for speeding up the process by letting me start downloading games directly from my phone, but it's also inspired me to see what other apps are out there that could improve my gaming experience.

One of the first Nintendo consoles I ever played was the SNES (Super Nintendo Entertainment System).
